Olukayode Fatoke began his professional accounting career with Voice of Nigeria (a public-owned International broadcasting station) in May 2001 as a senior accountant responsible for the financial accounting reporting and fixedasset management. He moved to the capital market sub-sector of Nigeria economy in May 2007 working as Finance/Investment Manager at Options Securities Ltd from May 2007 to June 2012. He was responsible for the management of over Two Billion Naira investment in equities and sovereign bonds. He was responsible for the financial and statutory reporting of the organization. He has worked with Sinopec Engineering Services Limited between February 2013 to December 2013 and was responsible for the management and statutory reporting. He was directly responsible for the opening of Invoice Discount Faculty (IDFs) to bridge the timing of USD Invoices.He joined Cowry Group in January 2014 as the Chief Financial officer responsible for the Treasury Management, Statutory reporting, and accountingfunctions of the group before he was seconded to take up the role of ComplianceOfficer in Cowry Treasurers.

He possesses strong analytical skills, he has ability to co-ordinate a team of colleagues for strategic planning, management of resources optimally and complying with statutory reporting demands. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University and a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN)
